A blank card is inventory. We add the programming, printing and logistics that make it a working credential — and deliver it from the US.
Encoding
Encoding is where a blank piece of plastic becomes a working credential. We program cards, fobs, wristbands and tags to your system's specification — facility codes, sector keys, EPC data, serialization — so what arrives is ready to issue, not ready to configure.
- Access encoding. Facility codes and card numbers written to match your installed reader platform, blank or printed.
- Sector & key programming. Contactless sectors and keys programmed to your security scheme under controlled handling.
- UHF EPC encoding. EPC and user-memory data written and verified on RAIN RFID inlays, labels and hard tags.
- Serialization. Sequential and non-sequential numbering, matched between the encoded data and printed artwork.
Personalization & Printing
Personalization turns a stock product into your credential. We print full-color artwork, add variable data and photos, apply finishes, and match printed identifiers to encoded data — so each card, band or tag is unique and on-brand.
- Full-color printing. Offset and digital printing across cards, wristbands and labels, color-managed to your brand.
- Variable data & photo. Names, photos, numbers, barcodes and QR codes applied per unit and matched to encoding.
- Finishing. Matte, gloss, foil stamping, frosted and spot effects; signature and scratch panels.
- Artwork support. Print-ready file preparation and proofing so runs are right the first time.
Credential Management Software
Hardware is half of a credential program. Software handles the rest — enrolling holders, driving printers and encoders, tracking issuance, and retiring credentials at end of life.
- Issuance & enrollment. Enroll holders, capture data and photos, and issue printed, encoded credentials from one workflow.
- Encoding integration. Drive card printers and encoders directly so print and data are produced together.
- Lifecycle tracking. Track what was issued, to whom, and when — with reissue and revocation records.
- Data control. Structured records and exports that fit your existing access, HR or membership systems.
Import, Logistics & Fulfillment
Buying credential technology shouldn't mean managing overseas purchasing, import paperwork and freight.
